Average at best, unfortunately...
Upon reading all the reviews I was very excited to try this skincare range. After using the products for a number of weeks I have to say I was quite disappointed with the results. I appreciate their stuff is all natural but I found the products to be simply sub-par for the frankly extortionate price you pay. The anti-aging moisturiser felt thick and dried my skin out come the following morning. In my eyes Brickell either need to lower the price a little or increase the efficacy of their products to be a real player in the UK skincare market. That being said, there are a few of their products that I did enjoy using such as the charcoal face wash. They offer a free trial so it may be beneficial to see if it works with your skin.

Great product, great customer service
Great product, great customer service!
I've used the anti-ageing cream for a couple of years now, and I have to say it's the best one I can find. I actually notice the difference - my skin is noticeably firmer and more radiant (I had comments!)
The customer service is really excellent too. There have been a couple of instances where I've been sent the wrong product. Once I told them, they sent me a new one immediately and I kept the original they sent. Very efficient service.
They're not the cheapest, but I'm a repeat customer for the reasons above. Definitely worth it in my book.

Went to order a sample kit due to a Facebook advert. Turns out this company breaks UK advertising laws and falsely advertise as free.
When I went to checkout and realised there was a large shipping fee, I backed out. Turns out they had illegally saved my data, breaking GDPR and sent me marketing spam.
A bit pricey for an average product
A bit pricey for an average product. Might as well use your wife's stuff, the only difference is the smell which is a bit more masculine. I ordered the face essentials and they're ok, you can get similar stuff at Walmart or wherever, like i said, the only difference is they smell more for men.

Total scam! Over packaged and obviously designed to look the part. It’s horrible. Awful odour. Wouldn’t accept a request for a return / exchange / any support despite website commitments to customer satisfaction. Especially avoid in the uk. Honestly believe that it’s a total fraud of a product.
This review is regarding the sample kit.
First of all, those whining about P&P costs and how they’re not mentioned until checkout - have a word with yourselves. Are you honestly expecting a box full of free samples and free postage? Seriously, people.
Sample came 2 days after ordering. Apparently, packed by someone called Chad. Hi, Chad.
These products seem good. So far I’ve used the face scrub, daily moisturiser, and eye cream. Pleasant scents, all feel nice, I quite like this stuff.
Probably going to order the face scrub and moisturiser.

It’s a load of rubbish. The marketing department really earned their paycheck paying men’s online magazines to promote their products.
The Anti-Ageing Cream is the worst product I’ve tried to use. It’s so thick you can’t apply it to your face! It just sticks in one spot and won’t spread. The only way you could use it is to dilute it with another smoother product. Don’t buy!

Think it’s a bit of a scam
Think it’s a bit of a scam. Got the free set and wasn’t impressed with much but ouchased the anti ageing cream at same time. Strange texture like putting greasy mouse on your face. Smells like toothpaste. For me these are not premium products just like someone has made some concoction up in their kitchen. Kiehls age defender sets are miles better. I bought kiehls vit c serum and eye, with using age defender over it feels amazing
Be careful when ordering sample set
As other reviews have said, be careful when ordering the sample kit. You are not warned of the €6.50 shipping charge before it goes through on your card. Although I haven't yet received the set, I know I won't be ordering from Brickell again after this experience. Feels a bit like a scam, even if it's not!
I had a separate issue with a shipping address, although it took 4 days for Brickell to get back to me after messaging by facebook and email, they resolved the issue without any trouble.
